Quality control & materials
A fryer basket lives in hot oil, gets lifted hundreds of times a shift and is scrubbed daily. Our QC covers wire gauge, weld strength, handle safety, finish and food-contact safety — in 201 or 304 stainless.

What we check before a basket ships
Every production lot passes these checkpoints; inspection reports available on request.
Wire & Mesh
Wire gauge and mesh pitch checked for even heat distribution and no sharp, broken ends.
Weld Strength
Mesh-to-frame and handle welds tested for strength; handles must hold heavy oil-soaked loads repeatedly.
Handle Safety
Handle geometry, silicone grips and cool-touch positions verified to keep hands clear of the fry well.
Material Grade
201 or 304 stainless confirmed by material certificate; food-contact safe and corrosion-matched to duty.
Finish & Drainage
Surface finish inspected; frame shaped for fast draining and easy wash-down without trapped grease.
Packing Integrity
Edge- and handle-protected export cartons; stackability verified before container loading.
Choosing between stainless grades and finishes
Material drives rust resistance, cleaning tolerance and service life.
- 304 stainless — best corrosion resistance for heavy daily frying, seafood and frequent washing
- 201 stainless — cost-effective for light-to-medium duty and budget-sensitive projects
- Nickel-plated — economical, good heat handling; protect the coating to avoid rust
- Food-contact safety — all grades safe for direct food contact when finished and cleaned properly
- Material certificates — mill test reports for 201 / 304 stainless steel
- Export documents — commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, CO on request
